you can have up to 10 MB ST RAM, since NOVA takes the address space
between 10 and 14 MB, IIRC.

But the Falcon MMU handles just 4 or 16 (14) MB of ST RAM. It doesn't work
with 8 MB, as we tried (again IIRC). So you are actually limited to 4 MB
ST RAM with NOVA.
