Mach64 init

Hi,

I am still working on a separate routine for initialization of our NOVA
Mach64 cards (I want to place such routine into TOS so we would be able
to boot directly with NOVA screen).

As the EMULATOR.PRG was too complicated I started to work with Hades's
TOS. I disassembled the Mach64 routine and got it working on Falcon
relatively quickly, but it has a very weird bug - the Mach64 videoram is
accessible on odd addresses only. Every even address is simply not
writable. I don't get it. It looks like the video card is in a special
8-bit interlace mode. Mach64 documentation does not mention anything
like that so I don't know how to fix that :-/

Help me if you can.

Petr
