That's just a question of definitions.
If you define ST-RAM as the memory where the screen is, the Hades doesn't
have any of that at all if you remove the graphics card.  ;-)
If on the other hand you define ST-RAM as the 'normal' RAM, then the
Hades only has that.
All the (non-graphics card) RAM in a Hades is 32bit burstmode, just as
the 'TT-RAM' in a TT or on an AB040.
I seem to recall the Hades using interleaved memory, which would
definitely be faster than what we have in our AB040's. IIRC, the AB040
does 4-3-3-3 accesses and the Hades might do 4-2-2-2 or perhaps better.
