Hi there,
What could the problem be if a program are having problems
with the caches on the AB040?
If I turn off the instruction cache the program works, with the
ic enabled the program doesn't work very well (no sound).
Under MagiC there seems to be a problem with the interrupts
having the ie enabled.
Also, does anyone know of any problems with using the DSP under
MagiC? Under TOS it works, but under MagiC the sounds doesn't
sound properly.
If you wonder what I'm talking about, it's a GM player with 24
channels of sound which plays GM files in a GEM enviorment. Very
nice, if it could work under MagiC and if the ic could be on while
using it.
It's called MIDPLAY and can be found at ftp.uni-kl.de or
http://wwwperso.hol.fr/~softjee/ for some info (in french).
Under TOS it works (with the ic disabled) but under MagiC the
sounds doesn't sound properly.
Any ideas? I would like to help the guy making it to find the
problems, so if anyone has any ideas, please tell me.
